Public Offer Agreement

1. Subject of the Offer

"ИП Игнатьев Дмитрий Константинович" (INN: 781697503721, OGRNIP: "321784700341921 (12.11.2021)") offers any individual or legal entity ("Client") access to the Tapio live broadcast platform ("Service") under the terms of this public offer.

Acceptance of this offer is the payment for a subscription plan or registration of an account on the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides a web-based platform for live video broadcasting with multi-camera support, real-time compositing, HLS streaming, and recording capabilities. Available features depend on the selected subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Available plans and their features are listed on the Plans page. Prices include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed through third-party payment gateways. The subscription period is 30 days from the date of payment.

4. Rights and Obligations

The Operator undertakes to:

• Provide access to the Service in accordance with the selected plan;
• Ensure reasonable availability of the Service;
• Protect the Client's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Client undertakes to:

• Comply with the Terms of Use;
• Provide accurate information during registration;
• Not to use the Service for illegal purposes.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@tapi-o.app within 14 days of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, force majeure, or third-party service failures.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
